YAC is gearing up for our 40th annual Spring Conference on Mackinac Island June 10-12, 2009. This year’s theme YAC Stayin’ Alive, promises to bring relevant education, plenty of networking with other agents, company and vendor participants, and lots of polyester up to the island in good old YAC fashion.

Need to brush up on your sales skills? Dale Carnegie Master Trainer Phil Zeller will be on hand to teach two classes on sales: The Sales Differentiation Factor, and Moving People to Action. Concurrent CE classes are provided on Commercial Lines Issues for 2009; Michigan No-Fault and renting cars; Certificates of Insurance (one of the most common E&O problems facing agents today) and EPLI (Employment Practices Liability). We are also providing a 3 hour Ethics class to satisfy state CE requirements, as well as a 3 hour Flood class to satisfy the federal requirements to sell flood insurance.
